Michelle Hutton is a Senior Program Executive with more than 16 years of experience directing federal humanitarian, healthcare staffing, and unaccompanied minor (UAC) operations across large-scale, 24/7 environments. Working under HHS, ORR, and DHS contracts, she has overseen thousands of medical and support personnel and hundreds of millions in program revenue while serving some of the nation's most vulnerable populations.
Her career highlights include leading operations that supported the safe reunification of more than 146,000 unaccompanied minors and standing up four round-the-clock humanitarian shelters for families and asylum seekers. Michelle pairs large-scale federal program leadership with hands-on experience in behavioral health and care delivery. She holds a doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, a master's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and is a U.S. military veteran, having served as an officer in the Army Medical Service Corps and the Navy.
