Over his career, he has led teams that deliver scalable platforms for software development, data analytics, IoT, and digital media. He holds a strong record of innovation with 28 patents spanning IoT and mobility, social networks, and big-data applications. Bill brings extensive hands-on and leadership experience across AWS cloud services and zero-trust security practices, and he has guided major initiatives in IoT, cloud modernization, and mobile application development. He has built and scaled high-performing engineering organizations, and has delivered mission-critical products and connected-device programs for Fortune 500 companies.

Bill holds an MBA focused on the management of technology, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He also completed advanced training in applied data science and machine learning, reflecting his commitment to modern analytics and AI-driven solutions. His background blends business strategy with practical engineering leadership, enabling him to turn complex technical challenges into secure, reliable, real-world outcomes.
