Facilities Project Manager
Place of Performance: On-site at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, S. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, AZ, 85708
Period of Performance: One base year period with four option year periods to follow.
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, and No Federal Holidays or Weekends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
8+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or base operations—preferably on DoD or federal projects such as:
Air Force Civil Engineer (CE), RED HORSE, or Prime BEEF units
Navy Seabee or Army Engineer Battalion experience
Federal or DoD facilities supervisor, superintendent, or maintenance manager roles
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical trades.
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and construction safety practices.
Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and apply UFC and NFPA standards.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)-strongly preferred
Construction Quality Management (CQM)-USACE/NAVFAC certification
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety-required or obtained within 30 days
Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM)-desired
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the on-site lead for installation, maintenance, and teardown of modular office, SCIF, and support facilities.
Coordinate daily with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Base Civil Engineer Squadron, and Environmental Office.
Oversee foundation preparation, utility tie-ins, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and comms integration.
Ensure compliance with UFC, NFPA, NEC, ICD/ICS 705, and UL 2050 standards.
Manage subcontractors, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with DMAFB’s Contractor Environmental Guide (ISO 14001 EMS).
Support SCIF accreditation readiness and coordinate with government security personnel.
Track project milestones, maintain QA/QC documentation, and ensure facilities are restored to original condition at project closeout.
